We've recently discovered that our previous contact form had been working intermittently, potentially for several years. Some messages were reaching us normally, while others were not, despite the form confirming they had been sent. Because we continued receiving enquiries, the problem went undetected.
We've now replaced the form with a new system that independently records all successfully received enquiries.
