If you're looking for a chilli that ignites your taste buds, the Cayenne Ring of Fire is the one for you. This is one of my most relatable chillies that is quick to grow but also resilient to all sorts of weather.

This variety provides a mighty yield of hot pods and is typically the first to fruit in most greenhouses and is often covered in a snowfall of white flowers. It's a medium not cayenne chilli which can be used in any number of dishes

It's extremely reliable and falls into the hotter end of the annum varieties, giving you a lot of bang for your buck.
